Fairwinds Management Limited has extended its corporate services and is now also supporting SMEs that would like to benefit from the Business Enhance Grant Schemes, part-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), available until 2020.

Thanks to these funds, micro, small and medium-sized enterprises can undertake investment projects under one of the six schemes available to them to become more competitive, innovative and resilient to market challenges, giving the opportunity for such businesses to flourish.

A total of  €51,000,000 have been allocated to Malta between 2014 – 2020 for the Business Enhance ERDF Grant Scheme. Such funding is allocated according to three priorities:

  • Investing in research, technological development and innovation

  • Enhancing Malta’s competitiveness through investment in SMEs

As part of our services, we will help you identify which enterprise category you form part of, which grant scheme is best suited for your investment project, and help you develop a business plan to ensure compliance with the requirements to be eligible to benefit from such funding schemes. We will also help you submit the application form within the stipulated deadlines.

Detailed information about six schemes that are available for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises can be found here.

Application forms are administered through an open rolling call, however their respective cut-off dates are spread between June and December 2019, varying according to the type of grant schemes that one will be applying for.
