It’s the season to be jolly!

The month of December is the most awaited time of the year by many people across the world as it welcomes the festive season and brings us to the last page of the calendar, while everyone starts planning how to welcome the New Year in the best possible way.

This time of year is also synonymous to gifts, some time off from work, family gatherings, catching up with friends, and Christmas staff parties amongst others.

Being such a young and dynamic work place, this festive spirit couldn’t be left out from our offices where we celebrate it in a variety of ways together with our colleagues from our partner companies that form part of Business Concept International plc (BCI).

In fact, this season is quite special for us as we take the opportunity to get to know better our colleagues especially on the day that we spend some more time together away from our desks by carefully handling the red and gold baubles and deciding where to decorate with the green snowy tinsels to make our office space look Christmassy as much as we can. Evidently this encourages teamwork especially when we need to set up the Christmas tree and lights. At the end of the day, it’s one of the days that most of us look forward to when the month of December approaches.

Apart from decorating the office together, another tradition that has entered our office for a number of years is the famous Secret Santa that everyone loves to participate in to exchange gifts with colleagues … some of us tend to be a little naughty or slightly nice to their secret recipient, so you can imagine how everyone prays for some luck when the names are drawn.

This festive season also calls for spending some time with our much esteemed clients. In this respect, we also organise a party for our clients to catch up with them while not on duty. This year, the party was organised on Friday 15^th December at Admin Genie office in St. Venera. This was the perfect opportunity to meet the clients of all companies that form part of BCI under one roof.
