Last week marked a special occasion for us as we had the privilege of welcoming Dr. Chris Fearne to our premises. Dr. Fearne’s visit not only underscored the significance of the Digitalise Your Business Scheme but also reaffirmed our commitment to leveraging technology to drive efficiency, productivity, and excellence in our work.
This specific incentive seeks to assist businesses such as Fairwinds Management through non-repayable grants to part-finance investment to digitalise their operations, and hence improve their resilience, efficiency, productivity, and customer experience by addressing new digital capabilities and digitalised processes such as product and process design and engineering, end-to-end procurement, supply chain/distribution and after sales.
This scheme is funded through the Recovery and Resilience Plan and this scheme will part-finance up to 50% of the cost for investments in Malta and 60% of the cost for investments in Gozo (up to a maximum grant of €120,000 + an additional 7% flat rate).
Projects should be concluded within 24 months from the starting date set in the grant agreement and by such date, the beneficiary must ensure that the investment has been procured, delivered, and is fully operational and all expenditure has been incurred, invoiced, and fully paid, as well as all relevant licenses are in place.
